Procedure about submission of caste verification forms for obtaining caste validity certificate for class Xl & XII students...

A) Class Xl & XII students (those who have not submitted forms in class XI) belonging to SCISTNJ/SBC/ OBC, & wish to take admissions to medical & engineering & other streams on reserved seats must fill the caste verification forms.

B) After filling the form for obtaining caste validily certificate following original certificates should be attached otherwise caste validity certificate will not be granted from social welfare office.

C) College will notify in general regarding various certificate to be attached & last date for the same. If no information is received last years procedure will be adopted & last date for the same will be decided by the college.

 

A student, who fails to appear for unit test, first terminal exam and second terminal exam without prior written permission of principal, will be declared as failed. In examination of Std. XI, in case he / she fails to score average of 35% marks in each subject in unit tests, first terminal and second terminal exam taken together will be declared failed. No re of unsuccessful student of Std. XI will be conducted & their cases will not be reconsidered under any circumstances.

1) Caste certificate given to a student by S.D.O.

2) T.C. of class IV of the student from the school.

3) T.C. of class X of the student from the school.

4) Birth date certificate of the student.

5) T.C. of father for class IV from the school.

6) T.C. of father for class X from the school.

7) Caste Certificate of father.

8) Copy of 1St page of service book of father.

9) T.C. of Brother for Class IV from the school.

10) T.C. of Brother for Class X from the school.

11) Caste Certificate of Brother.

12) Birth/death Certificate of Brother.

13) T.C. of Sister for Class IV from the school.

14) T.C. of Sister for Class X from the school.

15) Caste Certificate of Sister.

16) Birth/death Certificate of Sister.

17) T.C. of Uncle (Father’s Brother) of Class IV from the School.

18) T.C. of Uncle (Father’s Brother) of Class X from the School.

19) Caste Certificate of Uncle.

20) T.C. of Aunt (Father’s Sister) of Class IV from School.

21) T.C. of Aunt (Father’s Sister) of Class X from School.

22) Caste Certificate of Aunt.

23) Validity Certificate if obtained by brother & sister of the student.

24) Non Creamy Layer Certificate.

25) Student’s Registration in kotwal book.

26) Father’s Registration in kotwal book.

27) Any other proof regarding castes.

 

D) Students should submit the form complete in all respects with signatures wherever required, certificates attached in sequence mentioned above, numbered with dates. Students will be notified in general regarding dates of sub mission of forms. Student should obtain the blank form before the due date & submit it within the prescribed time. No form shall be accepted after the due date. The decision of the principal will be final in all cases.

 

College Examinations...


All students must appear for the College Test Exam/Medical Exam/PET/NCC. examination Defaulters will be fined Rs.10/-per paper or Rs. 50/- for the whole (Terminal/Test) examination Rs. 50/- for PET & 25/- for Medical Examination If a student is unable to attend an examination he/she should submit an application well in advance to the Principal duly signed by his/her guardian with relevant proof, such as medical Certificate etc. For Xl Student, who fails to appear for unit test, first terminal examination and second terminal examination without prior written permission of principal, will be declared as failed. In examination of Std. Xl, in case he/she fails to score average of 35% marks in each subject in unit tests, first terminal & second terminal examination taken together will be declared failed.
 

 

A.T.K.T. Concessions at the Admission...

A.T.K.T. Concession shall be granted to the failures of B.Sc. Part I & II Examination, part calculating one half the number of subjects fraction if any shall be ignored for purpose of counting one half the number of subjects. For A.T.K.T. the practical part of the subject (Which is separate Head of passing) shall be treated as internal part of the subject. According to this a failure has to obtain exemption in that full subject theory and practical parts together.

 

University Rules Regarding Exemption

Exemption will be awarded in the subject/passing head at the examination upto first Degree in the Faculties of Arts, Science, Social Science and Home science on securing minimum passing marks prescribed at the examination upto first Degree. The individual subject exemption will not be awarded on group basis.
